Donate What You Can, Take What You Need
Welcome to Racine County Share & Swap — a free, community-centered space where neighbors support neighbors through shared clothing, essentials, and kindness.
What started as a small women’s clothing swap has grown into a community resource for families across Racine and nearby areas. We accept gently used clothing for all ages and sizes, shoes, toys, maternity items, and select household essentials.
As we continue growing and preparing to become a nonprofit, our mission remains simple: to create a stronger, more connected community rooted in dignity, generosity, and care.

How it Works
Donate what you no longer need, take what your family can use, and help keep the cycle of kindness going.
Every item shared helps someone in our community.

About Us
Racine County Share & Swap — A Community Service

Ashley — Northside Location
Hello Everyone!!
My name is Ashley & I am running the Northside location for the Racine County Share & Swap!
My husband and I have 2 children & I am a Registered Nurse! In my free time I'm spending time outdoors with our kiddos & or exploring new indoor activities! I love all things crafting and trying new things as well!
When I'm not sorting through donations, you'll find me at the baseball fields cheering on my Husband, chasing our 2 kiddos around with their activities, or planning activities!
I'm so excited for this community to support each other & network with all of you! Feel free to say hi when you stop by!!
Racine County Share & Swap is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting local families through the sharing of donated goods, resources, and mutual support. Our mission is to reduce waste while ensuring essential items reach those who need them most, free of charge.
At its heart, Share & Swap is a team effort. Every sorted donation, every pop-up location, and every family served is made possible by the volunteers, donors, and community members who give their time, energy, and care. We're not one person — we're many neighbors working together, and the organization grows stronger with every person who shows up to help.

Emilee
Founder & Director
Hi, I'm Emilee — co-founder of Racine County Share & Swap. What started as a small idea to share what we no longer needed has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. I'm a mom of three girls, fueled by iced coffee, and I run everything from donation intake to volunteer coordination. My goal is simple: make sure every family in our community feels welcomed, valued, and supported. Thanks for being part of this with us.
This nonprofit operates independently and is not affiliated with any previous community group administrators or pages — the nonprofit is now fully separate in its leadership, operations, and decision-making.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and accessible space for all members of the community. None of this happens without you — the donors, the volunteers, and the neighbors who believe in supporting Racine County families and keep this work going.
